Construction of The Star Apartment:
The apartment has 102 residences for homeless people in Los Angeles, CA. The apartment is a mixed-purpose apartment and has 6 floors with an area of 95,000 feet2. The building has its own community garden, running track, fitness facilities, health clinic, and also art and library facilities. First, they built the parts of the building at different places and then maneuvered all the parts and adjoined them together. And gave them the shape of a building. The First floor of the building has a major role in The Multi-Purpose Community Space. The design of the first floor the design not only saved the destruction but also created included the 15,000 sq. ft of the community programming space. Space provides a jogging track, an art room, a library, an edible garden and also a community kitchen.
The Third part is a Modular Pre-Fab Construction (mean this building has constructed under controlled plant conditions). This unit saved the construction costs, material waste but also helped to add the project and ensured each resident a room with ventilation and natural light also.
